📋 Description

• Work alongside experienced IT Business Architecture associates • Gather stakeholder information to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities • Create and update simple business process maps, workflow diagrams, and presentation materials • Research and compile information from business teams to support business architecture initiatives • Track project activities, milestones, and alignment to business objectives • Support solution implementation through testing, documenting results, and gathering stakeholder feedback • Monitor and report on project outcomes, business benefits, and key performance indicators • Participate in internship program activities including networking, leader talks, career counseling, development opportunities, presentations, and volunteering • Attend an in-person event at a corporate office during one week of the internship program

🎯 Requirements

• Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline • Rising junior or rising senior, with an approximate graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029 • Availability to work 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks during the summer • Experience with various technologies and some prior hands-on exposure preferred • Ability to leverage Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT, and GitHub CoPilot to analyze legacy systems and collaborate on transformational strategies • Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone preferred, or willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours • Prior internship experience preferred • Balancing education and a part-time job during the school year preferred • Participation in university clubs preferred • Must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States • Must be able to perform all work within the United States • Ability to attend occasional travel to corporate offices
