📋 Description

• Provide consistent customer service and support to Financial Advisors and Financial Representatives • Assist with submitting business, finding and completing forms, account maintenance, general inquiries, and issue resolution • Interface with BLS teams, potential customers, and current public customers regarding securities and advisory accounts • Provide feedback to training and other departments on common issues, inquiries, and topics • Work with Compliance on potential complaints and financial exploitation matters • Maintain departmental quality and productivity goals • Interface with management, customers, Financial Advisors, and internal departments on customer service issues • Follow policies and procedures and ensure issues are fully resolved • Provide exceptional customer service

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required • FINRA Series 7 required • FINRA Series 63 required • 3 years of customer service and/or call center experience • Effective and professional oral and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task by researching multiple systems and entering data while talking to customers • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products • Knowledge of CRM systems • Must be able to work Central or Eastern Time hours • All work must be performed within the United States • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
