📋 Description

• Develop collaborative relationships with business units, subject matter experts, and L&OD staff to identify learning opportunities and gather source content • Facilitate technical virtual classroom programs • Facilitate quarterly calendar training for financial institutions on Velera solutions, systems, and services • Deliver client-facing billable training sessions as required • Provide management updates on development activities, milestones, and potential conflicts • Use varied training methods to engage participants and improve learner retention and performance • Evaluate training effectiveness through observation, feedback, learner retention, and assessments • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate blended learning using the ADDIE model • Provide solutions to enhance training content and delivery in partnership with internal teams • Ensure training materials follow Velera marketing brand style guidelines and design standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Adult Learning, Education, or related coursework, or equivalent training and/or experience • Zero (0) to Two (2) years of training and development experience • Experience with needs analysis, program development, training delivery, and performance consulting • Experience with a learning management system • Payment processing, Fiserv, FIS, Mastercard, or Visa knowledge preferred • High vigilance of data security • Demonstrated adult learning and ADDIE model principles • Ability to travel as needed, 0–10% • This role is currently not eligible for sponsorship
