📋 Description

• Collect, abstract, and report data from patient medical records • Identify cases diagnosed and/or treated using primary and secondary information sources, including medical/treatment records, pathology reports, and diagnostic indices • Abstract reportable registry data • Coordinate long-term follow-up data collection and input for registry patients • Assign medical record codes and enter them into the registry database according to established protocol • Submit registry data in compliance with regulatory requirements and timeframes • Review registry data for completeness and accuracy • Perform follow-up using additional data sources as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency and 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required • Previous healthcare experience highly preferred • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
