📋 Description

• Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the software development teams, including setting clear goals, defining roles and responsibilities, and establishing a collaborative and motivating work environment. • Work with stakeholders to mentor the team to define project requirements, scope, and timelines. • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects. • Offer technical guidance and expertise to the development team. • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. • Provide support in architectural design, coding standards, and troubleshooting complex technical issues. • Foster the professional growth and development of team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Management Information Systems Business related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Seven (7) years experience in a software development role or developer subject matter expert role. • Three (3) years of Resource Management required. • Five (5) years in a senior or subject matter expect position.
