📋 Description

• Lead and govern the product and enterprise project intake process for new products and services. • Evaluate product information from requestors, vendors, and stakeholders for completeness, clarity, and alignment with enterprise priorities. • Synthesize client demand and enterprise capabilities to assess potential success and recommend prioritization. • Facilitate cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Technology, Infrastructure, Sales, and Operations. • Drive adherence to intake SLAs and communicate progress, risks, and escalations. • Conduct impact assessments covering affected systems, teams, business processes, and clients. • Determine request prioritization through strategic assessment and alignment with strategic goals. • Deliver executive-level summaries and guidance on ARB requirements. • Ensure compliance and governance standards are met throughout intake. • Own intake documentation standards and define, track, and report KPIs for intake health and throughput. • Shepherd requests from submission through prioritization and hand-off. • Provide actionable intake trend insights to senior leadership for portfolio and strategic planning. • Build and maintain stakeholder and partner relationships to assess impacts, dependencies, and opportunities. • Maintain knowledge of processing platforms, interdependencies, and organizational nuances for feasibility assessments. • Continuously improve intake processes using Lean-Agile and portfolio management practices. • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. • Partner with Procurement, Sales, and Service on vendor and client requests. • Capture business-case requirements, including business and technical needs, scope, impacted systems, financial models, client impacts, capacity planning, and organizational value. • Support PLC Phase 1: Initiation, ensuring requests are ready for downstream execution. • Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for feasibility assessment, architectural review, and intake decisions. • Develop intake artifacts such as requirements summaries, scope definitions, and dependency mappings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience required. • Seven (7) years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related disciplines required. • Five (5) years of financial services or payments processing experience preferred. • Experience with Agile/Lean, epics/features, and backlog refinement preferred. • Experience with User Experience and Product Design is a plus. • Ability to facilitate and influence diverse stakeholders to achieve alignment on prioritization and next steps. • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats and give presentations to all levels of leadership. • Ability to plan, track, and manage work in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment while meeting deadlines. • Understanding of project prioritization, impact, and risk assessment. • Strong knowledge of the card payments industry, core processing platforms, and related in-house applications. • Excellent analytical skills. • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with ability to connect intake requests to enterprise value. • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet computer software applications. • Ability to travel as needed. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of materials handled. • Ability to be flexible and work under high pressure in a complex environment. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; this role is currently not eligible for sponsorship.
