📋 Description

• Provide analytical, technical, and problem-solving support to the Manager Large Group Delinquency • Develop and maintain Large Group delinquency processes • Automate delinquency processes where possible and develop methods to manage and report on manual processes • Mitigate company risk while maintaining positive customer relationships • Analyze and report on complex receivable data • Confirm the accuracy of internal reports with staff • Perform variance analysis and develop reports and tracking tools • Improve existing tools to analyze, project, and record results • Serve as department project lead for medium-scale 40–500-hour department or corporate projects and maintenance activities • Provide verbal and written project status updates • Identify project risks, contingencies, root causes, and process improvement opportunities • Manage and monitor group payment arrangements and other delinquency issues • Collaborate with Legal and other departments to prepare letters and communications • Summarize advanced analytical research for intended audiences • Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation • Communicate roadblocks and impacts to management and business areas • Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Sales, IT&D, and other business areas • Provide analytical data and Large Group receivable reports to Finance management

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years’ experience working with an integrated business system handling claims processing, membership, billing, network, clinical, customer service, and product processes • Experience planning, organizing, and managing major activities • Ability to comply with corporate and department policies, procedures, and standards • Detailed knowledge of group invoicing/billing in Facets and ASO invoicing on SharePoint • Knowledge of the health care industry and Capital corporate structure • Knowledge of standards, policies, business practices, and procedures across multiple departments and systems • Familiarity with services, systems, and processes provided by external business partners • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Proven ability to direct and guide multiple simultaneous complex projects with substantial or critical customer/business impacts • Very strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills • Ability to analyze complex problems, determine impacts, and develop business solutions or recommendations • Project planning, organization, leadership, and control skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Persuasion and negotiation skills • Ability to lead meetings, give presentations, conduct effective interviews, and adapt to changing priorities • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to work over 40 hours per week • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 5 pounds
