📋 Description

• Run a full desk of Accounting and some Finance Executive searches across Cobalt • Drive executive searches end-to-end from role definition to offer negotiation • Ensure an outstanding hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the search process • Partner with senior stakeholders to understand leadership needs, business context, and team dynamics • Provide strategic hiring guidance and market insights • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies • Build and nurture relationships with hard-to-access talent pools • Maintain an active network of potential candidates and industry leaders • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates • Manage complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy and clear communication • Build recruiting processes and implement recruiting systems and best practices to support organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years executive recruiting experience • Ideally, exposure to recruiting critical Accounting leadership roles • Exposure to private equity-backed or highly acquisitive organizations is a strong plus • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives • Deep understanding of executive search methodology and leadership team dynamics • Superior written and verbal communication skill • Ability to consistently identify candidates who exceed expectations and achieve long-term success • Resourceful and scrappy; eager to roll up sleeves and get the job done • Experience with or deep respect for the trades
