📋 Description

• Own the roadmap for an outcome area from discovery through delivery and iteration • Conduct customer discovery with engineers, architects, tech leads, and solutions engineering • Ramp into unfamiliar technical domains and synthesize learning into product direction • Partner with Engineering on technical tradeoffs, implementation approaches, and prioritization • Build and maintain a smaller roadmap feeding the broader platform roadmap • Write clear PRDs • Balance customer value, technical complexity, and speed when prioritizing • Represent the outcome area in cross-functional and customer-facing conversations • Expand the charter into adjacent pipelines and scenarios over time

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning software products from discovery through launch in a technical B2B, enterprise, or platform environment • 5+ years of Product Management experience building technical software products • Ability to rapidly learn new industries, technologies, and customer domains • Strong customer discovery and user research skills • Ability to translate customer insights into roadmap decisions • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments • Comfortable engaging with language semantics, toolchains, or hardware constraints • Demonstrated MVP thinking • Self-awareness about the edges of your expertise and a track record of learning new technical domains quickly • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Must be able to pass a standard background check • Preferred: experience building developer tools, platform products, compilers, embedded systems, or technically sophisticated products • Preferred: experience working directly with highly technical customers, engineers, and domain experts • Preferred: exposure to automotive, kernel development, aerospace, semiconductor, or regulated/safety-critical industries • Preferred: experience bringing new products from concept through launch in early-stage or high-growth environments • U.S. Citizenship may be required for certain project assignments involving security clearance
