📋 Description

• Define the product strategy and roadmap, helping shape trade-offs and sequencing in support of business goals • Translate customer, clinical, and market inputs into well-defined product needs and validate those needs before development is committed • Lead the backlog and requirements for the product area, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics • Partner with engineering and design through agile ceremonies to deliver features on schedule and at a high quality bar • Coordinate across platform, data, and partner integration workstreams • Support release management, including readiness, documentation, and cross-functional launch coordination • Enable commercial and customer success teams with materials, demos, and product knowledge for positioning, go-to-market collateral, and adoption • Track adoption and product performance metrics to inform iteration and continuous improvement • Ensure solutions address quality, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI in a regulated healthcare environment • Build software products for hospitals, clinicians, and patients that deliver a connected peri-operative experience • Expand Polyphonic Surgery’s impact across new markets and health systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of experience in product management or a closely related software product role • Familiarity with video, sensor, EHR-linked, or other clinical/procedural data sources • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled product capabilities and ecosystem products that integrate third-party solutions • Demonstrated ability to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements • Experience working in agile development environments, including backlog management and release delivery • Understanding of healthcare data, privacy, and compliance expectations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) • Ability to travel up to 25% (U.S. and international) • Advanced degree is preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Health Informatics, or a related field • Experience with healthcare, medical device, digital surgery, or other regulated software products is preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, clinical, business, and commercial teams • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments where product strategy and execution develop in parallel
