📋 Description

• Own the KYB process from initiation to completion, including corporate documentation collection, RFI management, Compliance coordination, and client clearance and activation • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients throughout onboarding • Understand and adapt onboarding requirements for each new financial partner • Coordinate with Trading Operations on account activation after KYB completion • Document and systematise the manual onboarding process • Build a roadmap for transitioning from manual to automated KYB • Work with Engineering to specify and prioritise automation and translate operational needs into product requirements • Design and maintain scalable onboarding workflows, checklists, and documentation standards • Partner with Sales to establish onboarding timelines and prevent deal delays • Work with Compliance on KYB policy, risk appetite changes, and documentation requirements • Feed client onboarding feedback into product and engineering roadmaps • Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Engineering, and Trading Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in client onboarding, KYB, or operations at a fintech, PSP, neobank, or payments company • Strong familiarity with corporate KYB, including entity structures, UBOs, and documentation standards across multiple jurisdictions • Experience owning one-to-many onboarding processes and improving them over time • Experience working with Engineering teams on automation and tooling • Strong written communication skills • Detail-oriented and pragmatic approach • Experience in the stablecoin or crypto payments space (nice to have) • Familiarity with cross-border payment rails and compliance requirements that vary by corridor (nice to have) • Prior experience as the first or founding member of an onboarding function at an early-stage company (nice to have)
