📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of the speech therapy program, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and milestones are achieved • Translate program strategy and roadmap into tactical plans, initiatives, and workstreams • Own and maintain the program’s rolling 18-month roadmap • Drive cross-functional alignment with Strategy Physicians, Operations, Analytics, Client Success, and Finance • Ensure consistency of program management practices and adherence to internal SLAs • Track key performance metrics including clinical accuracy, denial/approval trends, turnaround time, MedEx savings, and quality measures • Partner with Business Analyst to gather, interpret, and present data-driven insights • Monitor program dashboards and data integrity in performance reporting • Guide root cause analysis and conduct regular performance reviews • Escalate risks or blockers to the VP, Clinical Programs • Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities across processes, clinical operations, and technology • Collaborate with Business Analyst and Analytics to design data-informed solutions • Support development of program playbooks, operational guides, and process enhancements • Serve as primary operational point of contact for the assigned program • Support client-facing meetings and materials • Ensure readiness for external program reviews such as QBRs and program updates • Interface directly with clients as needed regarding detailed clinical program needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred • 7+ years in clinical practice plus program or project management, preferably in utilization management or healthcare technology • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact • Experience collaborating with analytics teams and interpreting data to inform decision-making • Strong organizational and execution skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data into actionable insights • Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at presenting findings to diverse stakeholders • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable; comfortable operating in a matrixed environment • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, payer operations, and value-based care models preferred
