📋 Description

• Execute in-depth data analysis to assess IT and security control effectiveness using complex, reusable SQL queries against Snowflake and other internal data platforms • Validate system and model changes by testing their compliance and performance impact and documenting results • Produce accurate data extracts and reports from multiple sources • Translate complex audit data requests into clear, actionable requirements and outputs • Test ETL processes from production systems into the data repository and from the repository into enterprise tools • Validate data completeness and accuracy at each pipeline stage • Design and enhance metrics dashboards measuring IT and security system performance • Partner with Engineering, Security, and IT stakeholders to gather audit evidence and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role at a technology, consulting, financial institution, or fintech firm • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field • Ability to write complex SQL queries and work with large datasets in Snowflake • Knowledge of query optimization and reusable code patterns • Working knowledge of IT operations, security infrastructure, cybersecurity programs, and enterprise technology stacks • Experience testing or validating data ETL workflows, including completeness and accuracy checks across pipeline stages • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
