📋 Description
• Own the legal advisory relationship for stablecoin, payments, and crypto infrastructure product teams • Advise product managers and engineers on U.S. and international regulatory requirements • Drive resolution of novel legal issues by identifying risks • Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, Communications, Finance, Tax, Security • Shape the team's approach to emerging regulatory frameworks • Build scalable legal processes and playbooks
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. with 7+ years of legal experience and active U.S. state bar membership • Deep familiarity with major U.S. and global payments/financial services regulations • Demonstrated ability to provide risk-adjusted legal guidance • Track record of embedding with cross-functional teams • Utilizes generative AI responsibly
