📋 Description

• Welcome new users to CoinLedger • Provide rapid customer support via Intercom, chat, and email • Drive product growth and retention by helping customers remain in the CoinLedger ecosystem • Champion the voice of the user in product development • Provide product feedback and suggestions to the CoinLedger team • Help optimize customer service processes • Empathize with users and troubleshoot software issues • Maintain customer relationships and manage customer expectations • Escalate bugs and software improvement requests to the engineering team using Slack, Linear, and other tools

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Fluent and proficient in English • Experience in customer service, preferably remote customer service roles • Track record of success in remote roles and environments • Ability to be accountable to yourself and manage your own schedule and responsibilities in a remote environment • Knowledge and experience with cryptocurrency/blockchain • Highly responsive to customer requests • Positive attitude and desire to help people • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action • Tech savvy and able to quickly adapt to new digital products • Availability to dedicate a minimum of 30 hours per week on a minimum of 4 days a week, including one weekend day • Ability to work in a U.S. time zone, preferably EST/EDT, CST/CDT, PST/PDT, or MST/MDT
