📋 Description

• Own CoinPoker's social growth strategy across all platforms, defining audiences, content mix, growth targets, and delivery against targets • Collaborate with the content team on channel growth needs, video formats, content requests, calendars, and performance reviews • Own the social content calendar and publishing operation • Ensure content is packaged, timed, and formatted for each platform's algorithms and distribution mechanics • Oversee country-specific accounts, including localized content, community management, and publishing standards • Build, manage, and develop the social team • Own CoinPoker's community presence and voice across Telegram, Discord, and X • Establish social growth and engagement metrics frameworks and report follower growth, reach, and commercial contribution to senior management • Manage brand community presence in real time, including sensitive situations, community incidents, and high-visibility moments

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of growing social audiences for a brand across multiple platforms, with measurable follower and reach results • Deep working knowledge of platform algorithms and distribution mechanics across X, Instagram, and community platforms • Demonstrated ability to adapt channel strategy as platform mechanics change • Strong understanding of poker • Experience building and managing a social team, including hiring, developing, and directing specialist roles • Strong command of social performance measurement, including metrics frameworks, review cadences, and commercial reporting • Experience managing brand community presence in real time, including sensitive situations, community incidents, and high-visibility moments
