📋 Description

• Own CoinPoker’s video content strategy across long-form and short-form channels • Define repeatable content formats and series, target audiences, and channel roles • Lead the production team and end-to-end content operation from planning through delivery • Build, manage, and develop editors and specialist content roles • Own the long-form-to-short-form pipeline, including Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts • Produce and structure video content for campaigns, product launches, and tournament series • Coordinate partner and ambassador collaboration content • Establish channel performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews with the Head of Social • Translate analytics into format, packaging, and investment decisions • Report to senior management on content performance, audience growth, and commercial contribution

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record growing audiences through both long-form and short-form video • Deep demonstrated craft in at least one video format and working fluency in the other • Demonstrated experience building and leading a video production team, including editors and specialist roles • Strong command of packaging and structure, including titles, thumbnails, hooks, and payoff placement • Ability to brief and direct editors to consistent standards • Deep working knowledge of video performance metrics, including click-through rate, view duration, retention curves, hook retention, watch-through, and shares per reach • Experience operating gaming or gambling-adjacent content on YouTube and social platforms • Sound judgment regarding platform policy and content guidelines • Good working understanding of poker, or ability to build one quickly • Ability to recognize moments in poker that carry drama, tension, or humour • Ability to own multi-channel content operations end to end, including production planning, calendar management, and post-publish analysis
