📋 Description

• Manages, analyzes, and resolves data-related issues. • Compiles data from a variety of applications, systems, and sources to create/summarize for analysis. • Compares DJO data against data standards, both existing and those needing to be created. • Conducts data cleansing to eliminate old, unused, or duplicate data from system(s) for better management and quicker access. • Creates data quality metrics and reporting to validate and enforce operating and key control activities. • Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps resolve data quality problems. • Provides data consulting in support of both business and Information Technology initiatives. • Develops data warehouse mapping, ensuring data integrity and standardization. • Builds, automates, maintains, and reports metrics and dashboards for various levels of leadership and teams. • Performs advanced data analysis using SQL, PowerBI, Python and similar tools to solve business problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically related to data reporting/mining, business strategy, Sales Operations, or related field equivalent required. • Minimum of 2 years of experience with data visualization development tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Birst, etc.) delivering complex reports and dashboards. • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, CRM systems, PowerBI, and database extraction required. • Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Python skills. • Background in Data Warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modeling) and data mining. • Ability to provide forward-looking analysis for BUs to gain insight on forecasting, business trending. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or related field required.
