📋 Description

• Prioritize and implement technical solutions in Workday Financials to meet business needs • Translate functional needs into scalable, repeatable, automated, AI-enabled Workday Financials solutions • Project manage implementation of new features and enhancements, including configuration, testing, deployment, and change management • Engage and manage external consultants as needed • Manage intake and prioritization of product and systems requests • Own business process enhancements for Workday Financials modules • Develop and monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement • Analyze, identify, and correct technical problems and deficiencies • Optimize Workday Financials and Adaptive instances and facilitate bi-annual Workday releases • Liaise with the Workday account manager and collaborate with Technology on integration and administration • Create and maintain system documentation and user guides • Develop reporting and data solutions in Workday Financials, Adaptive, Strategic Sourcing, Tableau, and/or PowerBI • Design and implement Workday Financials dashboards for Procurement, Accounting, and Investments • Develop and maintain finance product roadmaps with Finance leadership, SMEs, and Technology • Provide status reports and updates to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• At least five to eight years working in finance operations • At least three years specifically in Workday Financials • Bachelor's degree in a related field required • Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Procurement, and Expense modules within Workday Financials • Proficiency with Adaptive Financial Planning and Strategic Sourcing • Proficiency in Workday Worksheets and Discovery Boards • Preferably, experience with Workday Prism • Working knowledge of Tableau and/or PowerBI • Ability to pivot quickly, adapt to evolving requirements, and work in an Agile-adjacent environment • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Enthusiasm for data and ability to transform large data sets into business insights • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally • Ability to translate practical user needs into technical solutions • Great verbal and written communication skills • Excitement about supporting educational opportunities for millions of students • Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred • Ability to travel 2–3 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business • Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
