• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field • 7-10+ years of experience in finance, commercial project management, project controlling, contract management, or related disciplines • 1-3 years of experience leading and developing teams • Experience in industrial manufacturing, energy, automation, infrastructure, or other project-based business environments • Strong knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, cash flow, billing, contracts, claims, and risk management • Knowledge of internal controls, audits, taxation, treasury activities, and compliance requirements • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in a cross-functional environment • Proven track record of improving processes, strengthening controls, and driving operational efficiency
