📋 Description

• Lead staffing efforts to attract and screen a diverse pool of qualified talent for the Data Center Operations organization • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria • Manage job posting and advertisement processes • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process • Complete initial candidate screenings and recommend candidates to the hiring team • Drive the interview process and attend or conduct feedback sessions with managers, directors, and stakeholders • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details • Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies • Maintain recruiting databases and the Lever ATS for reporting accuracy • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required • Previous experience recruiting in the telecommunications or Data Center industry preferred • Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment for operations-focused roles including HVAC, Mechanical, Technician, etc. helpful • Good relationship-building skills and proven track record partnering with various types of hiring managers • Previous experience in a recruiting agency is a plus • Experience and proven ability to passively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter a plus • Desire and passion to partner with the business in finding the best talent • Ability to assess candidates during Zoom interviews and provide insights to the hiring team • At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred • Proven negotiation and closing techniques • Experience working with an ATS highly preferred; Lever experience given preference • Bilingual French/English is a requirement
