📋 Description

• Recruit qualified construction professionals for available openings • Independently source and headhunt passive and active candidates • Conduct candidate outreach, discovery, and screening • Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements • Verify applicable construction experience, project background, credentials, and other required qualifications • Prepare accurate and complete candidate submissions • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting process • Follow candidates through interviews, offers, and placement • Maintain an active candidate pipeline and consistent follow-up • Recruit across construction and skilled construction positions nationwide, including project managers, project engineers, superintendents, construction managers, estimators, preconstruction professionals, electrical, mechanical, MEP, commercial, and healthcare construction professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience • Demonstrated experience recruiting within the construction industry • Full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills • Experience independently identifying and engaging passive construction candidates • Strong candidate screening and qualification skills • Ability to evaluate construction experience against detailed position requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to independently manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines • Established sourcing methods and ability to recruit without basic recruiter training • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor on a commission-only basis • Must be U.S.-based • Not intended for new or entry-level recruiters
