📋 Description

• Develop and execute creative and impactful strategies to identify, source, and attract high-quality Physician and Advanced Practice Provider candidates • Convey the Hopscotch mission with passion and conviction to attract and retain top talent • Manage an assigned requisition load and execute the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, including applicant sourcing, resume review, phone screens, interview coordination, negotiations, and offers • Consult with partners regarding recruitment, sourcing, staffing forecasting, talent planning, diversity, and internal movement • Partner with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external vendors to meet talent needs • Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies and conduct candidate sourcing through multiple channels • Provide a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates and internal partners • Participate in recruitment events as needed • Partner with Human Resources, Credentialing, IT, and other stakeholders on employee onboarding • Meet defined recruiting metrics and KPIs, including quality, cost, and cycle time • Participate in special projects and support other staffing needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an exceptional, full-cycle provider recruiter in a high-growth, fast paced healthcare setting • Experience in primary care, family practice and internal medicine settings • Proven proficiency in developing creative and effective physician and advanced sourcing strategies utilizing multiple channels • Proven success in developing, communicating, and presenting a compelling employer brand to attract top candidates in a market or field where need outpaces available talent • Deep knowledge of ATS systems, including posting open requisitions, tracking candidate activity, and maintaining 100% compliance with required data fields • Greenhouse ATS knowledge preferred but not required • Well-developed team skills, unquestioned integrity, and experience, confidence, and presence to effectively handle interpersonal relationships and sensitive HR issues • Knowledge of value-based care is a plus
