📋 Description

• Partner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify and prioritise immediate talent requirements • Source, engage and close high-performing candidates across a broad range of GTM roles • Develop creative, headhunting-led strategies using market mapping, targeted outreach and industry intelligence • Screen and assess candidates against values alignment and required technical or commercial competencies • Deliver a seamless, transparent and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through offer stage • Coach interview teams and share recruitment best practices with internal stakeholders • Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify successful approaches, bottlenecks and areas for improvement • Contribute to initiatives strengthening Talent Acquisition processes, tools and operating model • Provide flexible recruitment support across priority GTM hiring as hiring volumes and business needs evolve

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment, including experience hiring go-to-market talent in the technology sector • Strong headhunting skills and ability to move between volume hiring and retained-search approaches • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and colleagues • Confidence using productivity and recruitment tools • Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured way • Curiosity and ability to learn and work effectively with autonomy • Pragmatic problem-solving skills • Analytical, rigorous and attentive to detail • Ability to thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments • AI-savvy and technology-forward • Availability for an initial six-month engagement • Comfortable working in a delivery-focused contract environment
