📋 Description

• Serve as an Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) Coordinator supporting ARPA-H • Enable ARPA-H to manage and provide oversight to advanced R&D efforts • Help shape future R&D concepts, programs, and solutions • Integrate and advance healthcare ecosystem processes, policies, and enabling technologies • Provide support to R&D performer teams, Government Program Managers, and health innovation ecosystem stakeholders • Assist with developing and administering ARPA-H programs and projects for a Mission Office portfolio • Assist in developing solicitations and related documents • Manage ISO proposals and track negotiations • Coordinate cost proposals and technical evaluations within the Mission Office and across ARPA-H • Build relationships with scientists, engineers, contracting officers, IT professionals, and other portfolio advisors • Communicate complex processes and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Participate in brainstorming and problem-solving exercises to advance the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Five years or more work experience • Demonstrated understanding of Contracting and/or Procurement, preferably in a government or research environment • Ability to track metrics effectively and manage multiple parallel projects and tasks simultaneously • Ability to evaluate IT systems and processes, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend functional improvements • Familiarity with information management systems including Jira and Confluence • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and public audiences • Ability to conduct independent research, analyze data, and make recommendations • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder teams • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and prioritize work • Strong work ethic and passion for healthcare and scientific discovery • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required per contract • Active Public Trust or ability to obtain • At least 1 year of experience supporting DARPA or related Federal ARPA agencies desired • Experience with OTAs, grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements desired • Knowledge of acquisition documentation requirements (RFI, SN, BAA, J&A) and experience working with each desired • Experience supporting federal or commercial health agencies/organizations is a plus • Knowledge of the biomedical research landscape is a plus • Two or more years of Federal Healthcare and/or Scientific Consulting experience desired • Experience supporting complex healthcare and research-and-development programs desired
