📋 Description

• Manage and communicate scope, timelines, budgets, and objectives in ClickUp • Lead communication and relationship growth with clients and all team members, including contractors • Design and lead creative brainstorm and ideation sessions for internal project teams • Present ideas to clients • Participate in pitching concepts and generating strategies for account growth • Stay curious about the work, client, market, and ways to improve • Produce and deliver digital marketing content • Serve as a liaison to dedicated client accounts • Share responsibility for overall work quality and alignment with client strategic objectives • Work with a 100% remote team and report to the Director of Production

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level Producer with project management experience • Advanced skills in project management • Experience prioritizing a varied workload • Proficiency with one project management tool such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar • Must be interested in becoming an expert in ClickUp • Experience creating and managing content calendars or schedules for multiple digital creative projects simultaneously • Experience leveraging quarterly account budgets to meet strategic goals • Strong adaptive and strategic communication skills • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Proactive contribution to the team and business • Ability to articulate constructive criticism during ideation, retrospectives, and peer feedback • Awareness of industry trends and ability to incorporate them into projects and share knowledge • Humility to listen, grow, and learn • Current resume and cover letter required • Candidates must live within the USA • Work authorization/citizenship eligibility information required in application
