• Provide administrative and operational support to Behavioral Health clinical teams. • Coordinate initiatives, track and monitor progress, and set timelines for delegated assignments. • Schedule appointments for recipients with clinical staff and support teams. • Set up and maintain cases in workflow management systems. • Assist recipients and partners by phone and email, responding to requests and directing inquiries appropriately. • Perform complex data entry and data management in clinical and claims systems. • Coordinate, organize, and maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and paper). • Ensure all records and business-sensitive information are developed, handled, stored, retrieved, and archived in compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain documents, reports, templates, and tracking tools. • Support documentation requests and ensure timely receipt of required records. • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. • Minimum of four (4) years of progressive, relevant administrative support experience. • Preferred: Experience working in a Behavioral Health or clinical healthcare setting.
