📋 Description

• Perform standardized research and evaluation activities under leadership supervision • Develop project materials • Coordinate data collection activities • Support dissemination • Organize project materials • Take meeting minutes • Maintain logs of compliance-related documents • Conduct supervised data collection, including surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits, and focus groups • Contribute to analysis and reporting under leadership supervision • Support quantitative and qualitative data analysis and data visualization techniques

🎯 Requirements

• BA / BS in a related field • Experience with data collection and analysis using standard software tools • Experience providing coordination support on research and/or evaluation projects in an academic, community, or government setting • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to follow established protocols and maintain accurate records • Ability to support qualitative and qualitative data collection and analysis activities • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Demonstrated experience and skill in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications • Familiarity with database software programs (Microsoft Office) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, priorities, and timelines • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under deadlines, and produce error free products • Demonstrated ability to work with both internal and external partners in a team environment • Effective time management and coordination skills
