📋 Description

• Manage and implement research studies and evaluation projects • Perform standardized research and evaluation activities with minimal oversight • Develop project materials and support dissemination • Organize project materials, take meeting minutes, and maintain logs of compliance-related documents • Contribute to analysis and reporting with minimal oversight, including quantitative and qualitative data and data visualization techniques • Serve as task lead or project manager • Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules • Conduct and potentially lead data collection, including surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits, and focus groups

🎯 Requirements

• BA / BS in a related field • Experience managing research and/or evaluation projects in an academic, community, or government setting • Strong understanding of research and evaluation design and methods and regulatory compliance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with qualitative analysis and reporting required • Quantitative analysis and reporting experience preferred • Experience with implementation and program evaluation preferred • Demonstrated experience and skill in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications • Familiarity with database software programs (Microsoft Office) • Ability to work independently and remotely • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, priorities, and timelines • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under deadlines, and produce error free products • Demonstrated ability to work with both internal and external partners in a team environment • Effective task management and coordination skills
