📋 Description

• Conduct client assessments • Perform nursing delegations • Teach clients and caregivers nursing tasks • Monitor clients who live at home • Advocate for clients • Set appointments independently • Manage an independent caseload • Work with elderly and medically fragile clients in their homes • Provide minimal hands-on care • Collaborate with clients and support their care needs without after-hours call or required weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensed in Oregon • Licensed as an RN for at least 3 years • At least 3 years of experience teaching nursing tasks and performing delegations • Experience in case management and delegations • No restrictions on nursing practice • Able to pass background and drug tests • Current Oregon driver's license in good standing • Home Health Care experience preferred • Self-motivated, friendly, and positive • Enjoys working with elderly and medically fragile clients
