📋 Description

• Answer and promptly return calls from clients and caregivers • Arrange coverage for caregiver call-outs and missed shifts • Communicate schedule changes to clients and caregivers • Document calls, scheduling updates, and follow-up • Follow agency procedures and contact management when needed • Handle weekend on-call coordination from home • Respond to urgent caregiver coverage situations and schedule changes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Calm, professional manner when handling urgent situations • Reliable internet access • Ability to use scheduling software and maintain confidentiality • Home care or scheduling experience preferred • Must remain reachable and able to respond promptly throughout the weekend, including overnight • Must be willing to complete required background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening • Must be available every weekend from Saturday at 6:00 AM through Monday at 6:00 AM • Must be comfortable occasionally providing direct caregiving services if an emergency shift needs to be covered
