📋 Description

• Interacting with audiences across social media platforms to build brand awareness • Foster community engagement and drive customer relationships • Monitor comments and respond to messages • Create strategies to increase follower interaction • Analyze engagement metrics and collaborate with content creators • Ensure brand voice consistency • Handle customer service inquiries and escalate issues • Connect with Growth, Loyalty, and Customer Experience teams for consistent messaging and proactive engagement strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing social media communities on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram, or X • Experience with social listening, community management, or analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Facebook Insights, Reddit Insights, or similar platforms • Ability to monitor, identify, and escalate community sentiment spikes, PR risks, or crisis situations in real-time • Develop, own, or maintain brand voice guidelines and tone-of-voice documentation to ensure consistency across team communications • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Strong background in customer experience or marketplace support • Expertise in content creation, audience engagement strategies, social media analytics • Familiarity with platforms like Reddit, Sprout Social, and Facebook Insights • Exceptional written communication and brand voice alignment • Excellent attention to detail and process accuracy
