β’ Assist with daily Shopify and TikTok Shop operations, ensuring site stability and seamless user experience β’ Set up, QA, and launch new products accurately and on schedule on Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop β’ Maintain and audit product catalog data, including descriptions, imagery, sizing, inventory, and filters β’ Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers, vendors, or internal teams for resolution β’ Assist with execution of digital merchandising strategies, with the goal of optimizing the customer experience to increase sales and improve conversion rates β’ Assist with execution of campaigns including promotions, seasonal updates, and landing pages β’ Support QA for all campaign changes, updates, and deployments β’ Analyze site and product performance to inform merchandising and marketing decisions β’ Assist with other Ecommerce initiatives across cross-channel auditing, SEO, creative optimization and competitor research β’ Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Ops on campaign planning and execution β’ Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment β’ Collaborate with Customer Experience to resolve online order or product data issues β’ Support ad-hoc ecommerce projects and manage relationships with vendors or service providers β’ Collaborate with the Tech team to identify and resolve bugs and QA new features
β’ 1β3 years of ecommerce or digital merchandising experience; DTC/fashion experience a plus β’ Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and ecommerce CMS tools; familiarity with Asana or Monday.com preferred β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects β’ Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to follow through independently β’ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams β’ Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and standard office tools β’ Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment β’ Inquisitive and interested in growing overall digital knowledge β’ Nice To Have: Proficiency in Google Analytics and strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs.
