• Answer incoming calls promptly, providing excellent customer service and accurate information about clinic services. • Schedule medical, dental, and behavioral health appointments by assessing service type, provider, urgency, and appointment details. • Collect and verify patient demographic, identity, insurance, and other required information; provide instructions such as fasting or documentation needs. • Manage scheduling tasks, including referrals, rescheduling due to provider changes, and outreach to patients from reports or staff requests. • Maintain a professional and organized workstation while supporting additional duties as assigned.
• Bilingual • High School Diploma or GED • 1-year computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Email • Knowledge of medical terminology
