📋 Description

• Monitor and close accounts/charts in the electronic health record. • Support smooth communication and information sharing across departments during transitions and discharges. • Review data and identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows. • Track incomplete documentation and communicate through the appropriate chain of command. • Create and maintain reports using Excel and/or Power BI. • Perform data entry, data review, and data scrubbing to support data quality and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• High School/GED required. • Associate’s degree in computer applications or related field preferred. • At least two (2) years of Excel experience required if high school/GED is the highest degree obtained. • Knowledge of electronic health records preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite preferred. • Strong understanding of relational databases preferred. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate, reliable work. • Ability to work with data, technology, and electronic systems. • Ability to identify patterns and process-efficiency opportunities. • Clear communication and effective cross-department collaboration. • Ability to balance independent work with cross-functional teamwork. • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
