📋 Description

• Support Compassion International’s multi-year comprehensive donor fundraising campaign as a strategic business support partner to the Campaign Director and campaign team • Manage complex, high-volume Director-level calendars and schedules, prioritize commitments, safeguard protected time, resolve conflicts, and maintain long-range visibility • Plan and coordinate on-site and virtual meetings, including agendas, rooms, materials, audiovisual/technology, catering, travel logistics, and presentations • Prepare meeting notes, executive summaries, follow-up materials, and track action-item execution • Provide Director-level administrative support including proofing/editing, expense management, travel planning, project lists, digital filing, campaign talking points, and FAQ documentation • Support donor campaign fundraising initiatives, special projects, communications, donor stewardship, workstreams, and campaign resources • Perform Salesforce CRM research, data analysis, campaign metrics tracking/reporting, multi-year pledge support, activity logging, planning, coordination, and data maintenance • Prepare leadership and donor meeting materials and coordinate accurate, timely event data with internal teams • Execute invoice requests and support vendor contracts • Communicate business operations and outcomes, support change integration, and identify change saturation • Train and advise stakeholders on processes, guidelines, opportunities, projects, events, and strategies • Develop metrics, data definitions, analyses, dashboards, tools, and artifacts for initiative status reporting • Partner across functions and contribute to projects supporting Business Support management • Coach and provide expertise to other professionals and support staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education, experience, training, and/or certification • 7+ years of experience in this or a related field • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Ability to execute high-impact virtual meetings using advanced Teams and Zoom skills • Experience managing multiple complex calendars/schedules, travel arrangements, and expenses • Technical fluency and ability to learn new systems quickly • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build alliances, influence, and negotiate • Proactive approach and independent work style; ability to navigate ambiguity and execute complex tasks with minimal oversight • Heart for providing incredible support to leaders and teams • Salesforce or other CRM software experience is a plus • Ability to travel up to 10% of normal schedule • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and consistently witnesses for Jesus Christ • Abides by Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct • Upholds and engages in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors
