📋 Description

• Champions and implements global program designs, standards, and training tools aligned with ministry objectives • Serves on cross-functional teams to equip National Offices to provide holistic development to caregivers, children, and youth • Provides program implementation support and learning strategies to Regional staff and stakeholders • Provides consulting to National Offices within areas of specialization • Supports the design and development of globally implemented program models, including theory, standards, activities, tools, resources, and indicators • Provides subject matter expertise on program data, metrics, measurement, and interpretation • Conducts special training and initiatives and consults on industry standards, national policies, and best practices • Identifies and analyzes global program process problems and defines activities to address them • Prepares presentations, future-state maps, success metrics, business requirements, and impact analyses • Defines metrics and develops reports to track program development and implementation success • Analyzes data to identify improvement opportunities • Provides expertise and coaching to Regional and national office program support and partnership staff • Advocates for children and reports concerns of abuse, neglect, or exploitation through internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in humanitarian relief and international development • Ability to engage effectively across sectors and diverse country contexts • Strong experience coaching, problem-solving, and providing technical support to implementing partners/sub-awardees • Experience facilitating partner reviews • Ability to travel to country offices as needed • Technical expertise in food security, agricultural systems, and food assistance • Experience with emergency food programming, cash-based assistance, and market analysis • Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ • Consistent witness for Jesus Christ and courteous, Christ-like attitude • Commitment to child protection and compliance with Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct
