📋 Description

• Lead experience design for complex features, journeys and product initiatives across app, web, kiosk, loyalty and related digital touchpoints • Translate customer needs, business objectives, research and technical constraints into clear experience direction and buildable designs • Own work from problem framing through user flows, interaction design, prototyping, validation, detailed design and implementation • Partner with Product and Engineering on requirements, priorities, tradeoffs and delivery decisions • Use research, analytics, usability testing and customer feedback to identify opportunities and validate solutions • Apply and evolve design-system patterns for accessible, consistent and high-quality experiences • Lead design critiques and cross-functional working sessions; explain design rationale and recommendations • Provide design QA and work with Engineering through implementation to protect experience quality • Mentor and provide design direction to other designers without formal people-management responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading product design for complex digital products or connected customer journeys • A strong portfolio showing product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, visual execution and measurable outcomes • Advanced skills in Figma, prototyping, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility and design systems • Experience working through ambiguity independently and aligning cross-functional stakeholders • Strong understanding of customer research and data-informed product design • Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder-management skills • Experience with restaurant, retail, commerce, loyalty, marketplace or similarly complex consumer experiences (highly preferred, not required)
