📋 Description

• Lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital products. • Translate complex business and user requirements into effective design solutions. • Manage the full product design lifecycle. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and customers. • Deliver high-quality experiences informed by research, user feedback, and data.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional product design experience, preferably involving complex B2B or SaaS applications. • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, UX problem-solving, design decisions, and measurable outcomes. • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including high-fidelity interface design, interactive prototyping, and design system components. • Demonstrated expertise in responsive web design, interaction design, visual design, and user-centered design principles. • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable design systems. • Proficiency in user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design methodologies. • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design practices. • Practical experience incorporating AI-assisted tools into design workflows, including research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, or content development. • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions. • Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality deliverables. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present and explain design recommendations. • Demonstrated ability to lead complex design initiatives, work independently, and manage ambiguity. • Strong creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to continuous improvement.
