📋 Description

• Deliver multiple complex concurrent projects on time, on budget and to agreed scope • Lead internal resources to maintain on-time delivery of current projects • Manage the client relationship, project schedule, budget and scope • Ensure sufficient resources and budget are available for project activities • Act as liaison and central focal point for Support, Development, Executive Management and Finance • Prepare and use project plans, project change orders and project lists • Track deliverables, decisions, project change requests and outstanding issues • Notify client stakeholders of project issues and submit recommendations • Maintain regular contact with the Client Project Manager and provide project progress updates • Negotiate commitments and changes to commitments with affected groups • Update documentation and project work plans for approved project change orders • Champion and adhere to implementation methodology • Identify, manage and mitigate risks • Ensure project documentation is updated and delivered on time • Assist with development of project management disciplines • Liaise with Epicor resources for scheduling, secondary installation, configuration and training • Maintain accurate daily timesheet and expense report entries • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High level of proficiency (intermediate) in MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint • Experience in managing stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to manage and reduce project risk • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multi task • Intellectually resourceful with sound judgment and effective decision-making abilities • Independent worker and able to work effectively on daily tasks without direct supervision • Strong organization skills and ability to operate efficiently throughout daily tasks • Ability to own issues through resolution and understand when to escalate a problem • Ability to work well with clients at all levels • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Bachelor level degree • 5–10 years of relevant experience • Ability to schedule for evening or weekend work occasionally • Valid driver’s license in your state of residence and reliable personal vehicle
