📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical contact for the CAE software product suite • Support regional sales managers with technical activities throughout the sales cycle, including demonstrations, presentations, and trial-license/evaluation training • Create and use rigorous design cases for each product during QA testing of beta, maintenance, and release versions • Create videos, tutorials, and exercises for CAE software features and enhancements • Maintain presentations demonstrating each software code's capabilities • Verify and test bug fixes and product enhancements • Perform technical validation for customers to support purchase decisions • Gather and organize customer feedback to assist product development • Support customer training activities • Monitor competitors' strengths and weaknesses • Compile technical knowledge-base articles from the software support database

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering • 1–2 years of direct applications engineering experience with engineering design software • An additional 1–3 years of engineering design and analysis experience focused on turbomachinery preferred • Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 20% of working time
