📋 Description

• Design, implement, and administer Cisco AppDynamics environments • Configure application agents (Java, .NET, Node.js) and machine agents • Define business transactions, health rules, policies, and alerts • Implement dashboards and reports aligned with business KPIs • Conduct performance analysis and root cause investigations • Tune instrumentation for optimal performance and minimal overhead • Integrate AppDynamics with infrastructure monitoring and ITSM tools • Support cloud-native and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) • Deliver workshops and best-practice guidance to client stakeholders • Participate in solution design and pre-sales technical engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Cisco AppDynamics (SaaS or On-Prem) • Strong understanding of APM concepts and application architecture • Experience instrumenting Java and/or .NET applications • Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architectures • Experience configuring health rules and policies • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills • Excellent communication and consulting skills
