📋 Description

• Answer multiple call types assisting Kentucky residents with health benefits such as SNAP, Medicaid, and TNAF • Handle password resets, application status inquiries, application intake and updates • Help customers navigate the government's online application tool • Handle back-to-back calls for the duration of the shift • Use multiple systems to input and read/interpret data to callers • Answer questions fully and capture data in a client system • Answer all calls arriving at the station and maintain professionalism during difficult calls • Meet goals for valid transfers, Quality Assurance, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys • Follow daily break and lunch schedules set by the global Workforce team • Perform business support or technical work using data organizing and coordination skills • Perform tasks based on established procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Required 1 year minimum experience in High Volume Call Centers • Required 1 year minimum Customer Service Experience • High School diploma or GED • Background and drug screening required • Ability to adhere to a break and lunch schedule • Excellent typing and grammar skills • Ability to navigate a computer • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent phone etiquette skills • Reliable internet access • Quiet work environment, free of distractions • Must reside in the State of Kentucky for this position • Availability between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM EST and Saturdays, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST • Must memorize several scripts verbatim per client policy
