📋 Description

• Answer multiple call types focused on assisting Kentucky residents with health benefits such as SNAP, Medicaid, and TNAF • Handle password resets, application status inquiries, application intake and updates • Help callers navigate the government's online application tool • Use multiple systems to input data and read/interpret data back to callers • Take frequent back-to-back calls throughout the shift • Answer all calls assigned to the station and maintain professionalism • Memorize and follow client scripts verbatim • Meet goals for valid transfers, Quality Assurance, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys • Follow daily break and lunch schedules set by the Workforce team • Capture caller data into the client system

🎯 Requirements

• Required 1 year minimum experience in High Volume Call Centers • Required 1 year minimum Customer Service Experience • High School diploma or GED • Background and drug screening required • Ability to adhere to a break and lunch schedule • Excellent typing and grammar skills • Ability to navigate a computer • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent phone etiquette skills • Reliable internet access • Quiet work environment, free of distractions • Must reside in the State of Kentucky for this position
