📋 Description

• Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries • Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating multiple systems • Learn to navigate three systems and handle an average of 20 calls per day • Answer questions about services, provider availability, insurance coverage, and visit costs • Assist patients in scheduling virtual consultations with healthcare providers • Provide technical assistance with enrollment, scheduling, joining telehealth visits, and account information • Investigate incorrect costs, refund requests, and insurance coverage issues; escalate cases to the billing department • Guide patients through self-service options for visit history, sick slips, prescription information, and medical records • Gather patient feedback on provider quality, self-service options, and visit connectivity • Deliver comprehensive solutions to healthcare-related inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Open flexibility for hours of operation: 24/7/365 • Availability to work weekends • Ability to complete a 3-week virtual training class and 1 week of Nesting with 100% attendance • Successful completion of customer service assessment and typing test on a computer • High school diploma, GED, or college degree • Successful completion of a background check • High-speed home internet with 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Ability to hardwire the work computer directly to the home modem via Ethernet • Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable • Quiet, distraction-free, clutter-free workspace with no unauthorized people, writing utensils, or electronics during working hours • Great problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively multitask • Excellent communication skills • Customer service experience is a plus but not required
