📋 Description

• Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries • Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating multiple systems • Answer questions about services, provider availability, insurance coverage, visit costs, and related healthcare topics • Assist patients with scheduling virtual consultations • Provide technical assistance with enrollment, scheduling, joining telehealth visits, and account information • Investigate incorrect costs, refund requests, and insurance coverage issues; escalate cases to billing • Guide patients through self-service options for visit history, sick slips, prescription information, and medical records • Gather patient feedback on provider quality, self-service usability, and visit connectivity • Complete mandatory virtual training and nesting

🎯 Requirements

• Open flexibility to work hours across 24/7/365 operations • Availability to work weekends • High school diploma, GED, or college degree • Successful completion of customer service assessment and computer typing test • Successful completion of a 3-week virtual training class and 1 week of Nesting, with 100% attendance • Successful completion of a background check • High-speed home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Ability to hardwire the work computer directly to the home modem via Ethernet • Satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable • Quiet, distraction-free, clutter-free workspace with no one else present during working hours and no unauthorized items or electronics • Ability to learn and navigate three systems while handling an average of 20 calls per day • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively multitask • Excellent communication skills
