📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls throughout the entire shift • Utilize multiple tools and more than ten systems to assist travelers accurately and efficiently • Handle emails and process requests while multitasking in a fast-paced environment • De-escalate challenging calls • Collaborate with the team • Support side projects that showcase leadership and drive continuous improvement • Meet and maintain SLA targets through timely response, resolution, and service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Delta retiree who has 3+ years' experience with Deltamatic • High School Diploma, or equivalent • Successfully pass a criminal background check • Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and ability to follow instructions accurately • Ability to navigate multiple systems and priorities while quickly learning new processes in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional attention to detail with a collaborative approach to achieving shared team goals • Pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms • Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
