📋 Description

• Lead the design and development of customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment (Customer Service & Sales Module). • Oversee coding, unit testing, and debugging of applications. • Manage development efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. • Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. • Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions related to Dynamics 365. • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on best practices and technical skills. • Analyze and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis to provide long-term solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development. • Proven track record in leading development teams and managing complex projects. • Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 are advantageous but not mandatory. • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or similar. • Strong understanding of Azure services, integration capabilities, and application lifecycle management. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
