📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls • Answer questions regarding kits sent to beneficiaries • Perform walkthroughs of forms beneficiaries must complete to commence benefits • Check stop and reissuing cases • Work on death kits • Manage inboxes • Collaborate with the team • Support participants and beneficiaries with benefit-related inquiries and guidance throughout the benefits process

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years or older • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test • Must be knowledgeable with pension accounts (DB skills) • Must have strong organization skills • Must have excellent time management skills • Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately • Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Must reside in an eligible US state; the employer is not currently hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or the listed metro areas
