📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls • Answer questions regarding kits sent to beneficiaries • Walk beneficiaries through forms required to commence their benefits • Check stop and reissuing cases • Work on death kits • Manage inboxes • Collaborate with the team • Support participants and beneficiaries by responding to benefit-related inquiries and providing guidance throughout the benefits process

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years or older • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent • Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test • Knowledge of pension accounts and defined benefit (DB) skills • Strong organization skills • Excellent time management skills • Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and ability to follow instructions accurately • Pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms • Ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Must reside in an eligible state or municipality; the employer is not hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, or WA, nor the listed metro areas
